Entries can represent a wide range of applications including flexible packaging such as food packaging and pouches, coupons, shrink, pressure-sensitive labels, cartons, yogurt lids, cut and stack, tags and tickets. Deadline for entries is Friday, August 31, 2018. “Year after year, we’re excited and amazed by the creative and inspiring results submitted,” said Antoine Fady, Flint Group’s CEO. “As a go-to advisor for the industry, we offer an unmatched product portfolio of products and services covering all major steps of the value chain that enable our customers to achieve superior results. These awards showcase what’s possible and ignite the imagination.”
The awards were first celebrated at Labelexpo Europe in 2004 when Flint Group Narrow Web was still under the XSYS Print Solutions company umbrella. Up to last year, they concentrated on Narrow web and Flexographic. For the first time at this year’s Labelexpo in Chicago, Illinois, the Digital Solutions (Xeikon) Division is calling for Print Awards entries together with its sister divisions. Submissions are judged by a group of internal and external industry professionals – including an industry peer who isn’t employed by the company to bring an objective view to the quality of the submissions. The 2018 Awards will be announced and celebrated at the Flint Group booth (#728) at Labelexpo Americas on September 26 at 4 pm.
