Former AnaJet and Ricoh executives launch DTG Connection

DTG Connection (Fountain Valley, California) is a new company started by former executives of AnaJet and Ricoh DTG. These include former CEO Karl Tipre, former Vice President of North American Sales Adam Tipre, and former Marketing Director Paul Crocker. “This new venture will focus primarily on the customer. Our aim is to do more than sell businesses a new tool or printer,” said Karl Tipre. “We’ll provide a full-solution business opportunity that connects customers to field-service options and other printer operators, allowing users to share and receive jobs.”
Adam Tipre added: “Our goal is to create a community that can share resources and ideas for all DTG users. We’ll personally support customers to ensure maximum performance and individual success.”

With more than 30 years of combined experience in Direct-To-Garment printing, the new DTG Connection team will leverage its knowledge of customer needs and make it a priority to provide a “world-class experience” for Ricoh Ri 1000 owners. “For years, we saw opportunities to better support our customers and add value,” said Paul Crocker. “I’m excited to be a part of DTG Connection because we are now uniquely positioned to connect all the necessary partners to create a new, world-class experience for our customers. The future of digital printing is exciting!” To celebrate the launch of DTG Connection, the company will be extending a special offer to its customers. Every Ricoh Ri 1000 purchase will now include free shipping plus a free 16” x 20” heat press.
