The Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), at its 2016 Fall Conference this October, will feature an information-packed seminar that will explore this key topic. The 75-minute session, Developing Productive, Profitable Talent – A Trainer’s Guide to Success will take place on Tuesday, October 11 from 8:30 am to 9:45 am. The organization added that there are many ways to develop productive employees, and there are numerous benefits that a highly skilled workforce brings with it – such as increased productivity and efficiency, reduced employee turnover and increased job satisfaction. This session will feature expert panelists who have had direct experience training a workforce. They’ll share what works, what doesn’t, and what pitfalls to avoid when training a team. Attendees will discover how to maintain momentum and keep an eye on improving in today’s challenging industry – so that a competitive edge is “guaranteed” for tomorrow.

The FTA’s Fall Conference, themed Improving Today…Envisioning Tomorrow will take place October 10 to 12 at The Galt House Hotel, a legendary destination among hotels in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Serving as conference chairs will be Eric Frank of KBA-Flexotecnica and Sean Teufler of Siegwerk. Those registering on or before September 9, 2016 will save $100.
