“We were attracted to the capabilities of the Inca Onset R40i, particularly the quality of the prints,” said Jason Stormowski, President, Imperial Communications. “We also have an Fujifilm Acuity flatbed, and purchasing the Inca Onset R40LT delivers the quality we need while allowing us to upgrade later to add speed. It was by far the best choice for our business today.” Uniquely built utilizing Inca’s scalable architecture, the Onset R40LT delivers “stunning quality prints” at speeds of 40- 5’ x 10’ beds an hour, and can be field upgraded with additional options to boost speed and enhance press productivity.
“The Inca Onset R40LT will enable us to move into vertical markets with existing customers,” said Joel R. Salzman, Executive Vice President at Imperial. “Knowing we can add speed in the future without any compromise in print quality, gives us the confidence to pursue new markets with our customers. We can expand as our business grows.”
The Inca Onset R40LT can be field upgraded with several options including two print speed upgrades, a 4, 6 or 8-channel upgrade, as well as a white ink option. In addition, the second speed upgrade allows the customer to take advantage of one of three different automated media-handling options to further increase productivity.
“The Inca Onset R40LT will bridge the gap between our conventional printing and our digital side,” added Stormowski. “It will bring in capabilities to print longer-run digital as well as shorter-run digital, and the capability for more personalization.” Imperial Communications has been a Fujifilm customer for over 10 years.
