Graphic Systems North America (GSNA) has announced that the group will be exhibiting the RMGT 9 Series Long Perfector Press at the PRINT 17 tradeshow that will take place September 10 – 14 at McCormick Place South in Chicago, Illinois. With the continuation of its Commit to Print philosophy, this will further show the powerful production of the popular 9 Series LED UV Press, said Graphic Systems North America.
The RMGT 928 Perfector – equipped with Chamber Coater, Fully Automatic Plate Changer, 55-inch Press Control Display Center and LED UV Curing – will be outputting 16-page signatures at the annual tradeshow with instant curing for double-sided printing and quick job changeovers.
As a founding member of Graphic Systems North America, KBR Graphics (Laval, Quebec) is the authorized distributor for RMGT – RYOBI MHI Graphic Technology sheetfed offset presses in Canada.
“PRINT 17 is an exciting opportunity for us to show what so much of the world is experiencing with the success of the 9 Series LED UV Perfector,” said Kian Hemmen, Western Regional Sales Manager at Print & Finishing Solutions. “We’ve had tremendous success demonstrating the speed and efficiencies of the 9 Series over the past few years. This year, as a group, we decided it was time to demonstrate the power of the perfector and show the North American market why RMGT has been so successful with more than 200 installations of this press worldwide.”
The flexibility of the press will also be demonstrated using special effects with the inline chamber coater and the advances in LED UV curing and varnishes. It’ll be equipped with the last three years of Must See’ems award technology’ with the Panasonic LED System, Fully Automatic Plate Changing, and last year’s 55-inch Control Display Center. This will be the fourth consecutive year that RMGT has demonstrated new technology. GSNA and RMGT will be in booth 1244, and will also demonstrate the compact footprint of the long perfector.
GSNA is a group of eight authorized sales and service centers for RMGT that serve commercial printers, offset packaging converters and in-plant printers in Canada and the U.S. Formed in July of 2013 with regional offices across across both countries, the GSNA group has more than $60 million in revenue and constitutes the single largest offset press sales and service team in North America.
