Its high-speed feeder can handle 3,000, 4,000 or 5,000 sheets per hour and its advanced printhead design features uniform distribution of varnish ink and automatic printhead cleaning. The WH48DV is ideal for long, medium and short-run projects.
Other features include varnish preparation time of under 10 minutes, resolution of 400 dpi, stable paper feeding based on Hamada offset technology (which features sturdy front and side guides for reliable, precise paper feeding and a registration accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm), a large 10-litre varnish tank that requires less re-filling, vacuum-belt transfer feeding for added stability, LED UV drying system that reduces energy consumption, and easy operation via intelligent, user-friendly software. It can accept paper thicknesses from 28 lb. to 270 lb. and has a maximum paper size of 12 13/64” x 18 57/64”. The printer also features low-noise operation and no pollution.
