Infigo expands North America operations, exhibits at Graphics Canada

infigosoftware2-inHaving attended Dscoop in Washington, DC a few weeks ago, Sussex-England-based software developer Infigo will mark its return to Canada by exhibiting at Graphics Canada (booth 1056) April 16-18 at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Infigo’s Managing Director Douglas Gibson will be presenting a special seminar: Print, Driving Cross-Media Success: A look at how the two worlds of digital print and digital communication meet, driving success and new revenue opportunities. Gibson will be one of 12 industry experts presenting during the show’s Cross-Channel Marketing Seminar Series. His session is at 1 pm on Friday, April 17. All presentations are free to Graphics Canada visitors.
infigosoftware1-inThe company is currently working on some “exciting web-to-print opportunities” with Signature Print-It, a leading Regina-based print company and part of National Print-It Centres. “Signature Print-It selected Infigo because of its partnership approach and the capabilities of our Catfish product,” said Gibson. “They were attracted because Catfish offers the customer wider flexibility for the use of variable data, meaning the end product can be personalized more cost effectively than before, with quicker turnarounds for the customer because everything is edited online. Simply put, Catfish reduces the number of manual changes that have to be made – something which is very attractive to traditional print as they expand into digital, as well as businesses that already have an online operation. Our Catfish Hybrid Mail platform is perfect as a cross-media tool. It’s already a hit with one big-name client, who can now send out print mail or emails from one centralized point, thereby retaining consistent branding.” Catfish is currently being used in many industries – from commercial printing to packaging to photography – any trade that uses variable data to personalize print.
