On the occasion of KBA’s 200th anniversary last year, the OEM has returned to its roots and founding name – Koenig & Bauer – as part of a global brand re-launch. In a continuation of this re-branding, this year will see the names of all of KBA global business units, subsidiaries and agencies to be aligned with this new brand – and better reflect its international stature in the printing and graphic arts industry worldwide. Effective immediately, KBA North America Inc. is now named Koenig & Bauer (US) Inc. In addition, KBA Canada, Inc. is now named Koenig & Bauer (CA) Inc. The company has also requested that Koenig & Bauer (US) or Koenig & Bauer (CA) be used in all legal documents in those respective countries, while Koenig & Bauer can still be utilized in general, daily use.
Koenig & Bauer (US) is located in Dallas, Texas and is a member of the Koenig & Bauer Group, which was established 200 years ago in Würzburg, Germany. The group’s broad product range includes sheetfed offset presses in all formats, post-press die-cutters, inkjet presses and systems, flexographic presses, commercial and newspaper web presses, corrugated presses, and special presses for banknotes, securities, metal-decorating, smart cards, glass and plastic decorating.
