Komcan Incorporated (Georgetown, Ontario), the sole authorized agent for Komori printing presses and auxiliary equipment across Canada (including factory-approved service, OEM parts and consumable products), will be donating 5% of all its consumables’ orders from May 9th to May 31st to the Salvation Army’s Alberta Fire Response organization.
“Every little bit will help the almost 90,000 displaced and suffering people forced to flee the devastating fire that’s leveled their city,” said Komcan President Steve Ranson. “I feel that, as caring Canadians, we should do our part and help out any way we can.”
Since 2013, Komcan has represented Komori products in Canada. From its headquarters in Georgetown, it provides full technical support and service to Komori users with a factory-trained team of technicians who respond 24/7 – including after-hour emergency service and spare parts needs.
Customer service has also improved with the recent launch of Komcan’s new Remote Access Program where technicians can log on to your machine via the internet, take control of it, run tests, do diagnostics and rectify problems remotely.
