Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Europe) has enhanced its production print portfolio with the addition of the AccurioPrint C759. Corporate, local authority and education will be key markets for the “affordable and durable” C759, which is a successor to the bizhub PRO C754e. The C759 is equipped with a colour scanner that offers a capacity of 300 sheets and scans documents in one pass at up to 240 images per minute. Its optional double-feed detector improves scanning speed for high-volume work – ideal for legal offices – while its complete scan workflow makes it an especially efficient solution for schools and universities. High scalability is enabled via Konica Minolta’s own OpenAPI interface and IWS or NFC Authentication.
André Statkus Product Manager for Production Printing at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe, added: “The top-of-the-class scanning and output speed of this colour Multi-Function Printer (MFP) combines good print production capabilities with high durability. It’s particularly suited to schools and universities while its high input and output productivity meets the sophisticated needs of large offices and Corporate Reprographic Departments.” The C759 has a small footprint and print speeds of up to 65 ppm in colour and 75 ppm in monochrome at a resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Paper capacity is up to 6,650 sheets and high media flexibility of 52 gsm to 300 gsm is offered with mixplex/mixmedia and an intelligent paper catalogue. Its new Fiery Controller delivers high-value jobs in less time, enabling customers to achieve “consistent and reliable colours every time.” Operation is made simple via a 10.1” touchpanel furnished with multi-touch capability – a mobile touch area (NFC) to connect to mobile devices. Professional finishing options include stapling, booklet making, z-fold and post insertion.
