Messagepoint users came to the event to participate in forward-thinking discussions on ways to reinvent their customer communications and accelerate digital transformation. The conference was designed to give Messagepoint users best practices, inspiration and support on leveraging Messagepoint’s ability to put compelling content at the centre of its customer communications strategies for a vastly improved customer experience.
“Our goal with Content Centricity 2018 was to provide a forum for our customers and guests to learn from Messagepoint’s own subject matter experts and respected industry thought leaders – as well as from one another,” said Steve Biancaniello, CEO of Messagepoint. “The event exceeded every goal we set for engagement and content. We truly appreciate the time our customers and partners from around the globe spent with us discussing their content experiences.”
