Mimaki USA (Suwanee, Georgia), a leading manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers and cutters, has implemented a two-year warranty for the JV300, CJV300, JV150 and CJV150 Series models, as well as its TS300P and UJV500 printers. The warranty includes printhead replacement (subject to warranty terms) for these printers purchased after January 1, 2016 in Canada and the United States.
“Mimaki, as a leading innovator, is focused on providing our customers with best-in-class products with superior reliability,” said Ken VanHorn, Director of Marketing and Business Development for Mimaki USA. “We’re pleased to lead the market by offering a two-year warranty that includes printhead replacement for models in their respective classes. This additional warranty provides not only peace of mind for buyers, but also represents a significant cost savings when compared to the cost of printheads as consumables. Print service providers can have confidence that their new Mimaki equipment will remain backed by a warranty that helps maximize throughput while lowering operational costs – so they can enhance operational profits and grow their businesses with a predictable cost of ownership.”
