A new 3D printing filament supplier (retail and online) based in Hamilton, Ontario, could become one of our top providers of filaments, along with resins and 3D printers from Wanhao. 3D Printing Canada is a subsidiary of engineering and design company N3 Technologies – which has expertise in the aerospace, automotive and power-generation sectors. The company has over 40 years’ experience in tooling design, manufacturing engineering and CNC machining. Richard Niedojadlo, Director of Operations for 3D Printing Canada, recently told 3DPrint.com: “We decided to open since we felt there was a gap in the market, with many other competitors not holding enough inventory – and we felt we would be different by stocking a lot of product and making it easier for those needing filaments locally to be able to simply pop in and pick them up.”
The company stocks more than 300 varieties of 3D printing filaments. The filaments range from the more common ABS and PLA, to HIPS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, Wood and fiber-reinforced plastics – in both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm thicknesses. It’s currently offering its Canadian customers free shipping for filament orders over $115. Customers can also pick up their orders at the company’s retail location in Hamilton. More importantly, it views product quality as its top priority, noting that all of its products are “fully tested for maximum quality assurance.” That being said, it does provide a 14-day, money-back guarantee on all products. 3D Printing Canada added that its team of experienced experts understands the entire design and manufacturing process, and is always available to offer customers quick support – including answers to 3D printing questions.
