- I see that Torstar was sold to NordStar Capital – a firm run by entrepreneurs Jordan Bitove and Paul Rivett, in a deal worth approximately $52 million. The new owners have pledged to build on Torstar’s legacy of quality and objective journalism, based on the facts. I genuinely hope that this will be the case. https://graphicartsmag.com/news/2020/05/torstar-to-be-sold-to-private-interests-for-52-million/.
Finally, in our July/August digital issue we’ll introduce you to members of our new Advisory Board. We’ve gathered together some of the industry’s most knowledgeable experts who will help us successfully navigate the current pandemic as well as the post-COVID-19 “new normal.” Until then, stay safe, be well, and be well informed.
