The Provincial Ministry of Government and Consumer Services has chosen Ricoh Canada as its Vendor of Record for Managed Print Services. This means that Ricoh will support the province’s transition to a managed print environment that controls and reduces its print output across Ontario.

Ricoh Canada and the Provincial Ministry of Government and Consumer Services will work together to develop and establish an effective approach to enhance a managed print environment through full print assessments and optimization strategies, available to all Ontario Public Sector facilities.
The Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Managed Print Services involves print imaging technologies (i.e. multifunction devices, network printers, desktop printers and compact and mobile printers) and associated services such as new technology and service innovation, equipment lifecycle management, acquisition, configuration and delivery of equipment, installation of equipment and training services. The initial term of the agreement is for two years. The province then has the option to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three additional one-year terms.
The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services delivers vital programs, services and products to Ontarians ranging from health cards, drivers licenses and birth certificates to consumer protection and public safety.
