The Lowe-Martin Group to acquire RP Graphics Group

The Lowe-Martin Group, one of Canada’s premier print and communications services provider since 1908, has concluded an agreement to acquire RP Graphics Group Limited, a growing full-service print provider. Both companies are based in Mississauga, Ontario.
The acquisition will take effect on Monday, February 1. With this acquisition, the Lowe-Martin Group will become one of the largest commercial printers in the Greater Toronto Area.
RP Graphics Group has been present in the Toronto market since 1958 and has been owned by George Mazzaferro since 1978. He will continue with the firm as a member of Lowe-Martin’s executive team. Marc Fortier, President of RP Graphics Group, will manage Lowe-Martin’s business in Toronto.

Joining the Lowe-Martin Group will take our capabilities to another level.” The expanded Lowe-Martin offering now includes publications printing for more than 275 titles, high-quality offset printing, direct marketing and multi-channel marketing, online ordering, mobile application development, wide-format printing and distribution.
