Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, has announced the dates and location for its 2018 annual conference. Xploration 18 will take place April 17-19, 2018 at the Rosen Plaza in Orlando, Florida. Known as The Customer Communications Conference, the two-and-a-half day event will bring together end-users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors who will share the latest best practices and trends in the customer communications industry.
“For anyone involved in the customer communications industry, this is the perfect event to better understand what the latest trends and best practices are, why they’re important and how to implement them,” said Skip Henk, President and CEO of Xplor International. “The 2018 event will feature a lot of new content on the cloud, digital transformation, content analysis, omni-channel and more.
