Xploration 2019 Tour set for July 17 in Toronto

Xplor International (Lutz, Florida) has announced that its 2019 Xploration Tour will return to Toronto on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 after a very successful single-day event last year. It’ll be held at the City of Toronto Archives building at 255 Spadina Road, and registration will open Saturday, June 1. Three other cities for Xplor’s 2019 tour include: Dallas, Texas; Omaha, Nebraska; and Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Xploration Tour in Toronto is sponsored by Crawford Technologies. Two additional sponsorships are currently available. The 2019 Xploration Tours focuses on the best practices and technologies that drive Customer Communications.

The event will feature speakers who’ll share their experiences and expertise in creating more effective and more efficient customer communications. It’ll begin with an industry overview of the current state of the CCM (Customer Communications Management) industry. Additional sessions will focus on best practices and technologies, as speakers share their thoughts on why CCM is so important, how companies can get started, and implementing a sound CCM strategy. The Xploration Tour will wrap up with a Q&A panel of the day’s speakers. After the Toronto event is complete, there’ll be a tour of the city of Toronto Archives. The special event will includes lunch, courtesy of the event sponsors. “CCM is no longer an option.
