Crawford partners with BlueCrest to combine mail processing and workflow technology

Crawford Technologies (Toronto), a leading provider of document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, has signed a partnership agreement with BlueCrest (formerly a division of Pitney Bowes’ Document Messaging Technologies), a global technology provider and supplier of enterprise software, printers, inserters, sorters and parcel solutions, to be a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of Crawford Technologies’ enterprise software and document accessibility solutions.
The partnership strengthens BlueCrest’s well-established Output Management workflow software solutions by providing advanced capabilities, such as Crawford Technologies’ easy-to-use graphical interface, to a broader market of users. The companies added that combining these software solutions will allow clients to improve productivity, performance and document accessibility by further integrating their print and mail operations.
