Developed by the UK-based company’s Advanced Engineering Team, the PicoJet has a 350mm width and runs at up to 75m/min. (250 ft./min). The PicoJet prints at 600 dpi at a 2.5-picolitre dot size. The LED final cure has a temperature controlled back-up roller for temperature-sensitive substrates. In addition, the new PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for a wider range of substrate printing capabilities. PicoJet has been built on a modular platform, offering a range of inline finishing options – such as die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge trim, slitting and rewinding. Dantex has also increased its software offering with the introduction of full variable-data functionality, which runs alongside Dantex’s press operating software.
