Drytac to debut new Protac Anti-Bacterial Film

drytacantibacterial-inDrytac, an international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the print, label and industrial markets, has announced its plans for the upcoming Sign & Digital UK event at NEC Birmingham, United Kingdom March 28-30, 2017. Making its European debut at the show will be Drytac’s new Protac Anti-Bacterial Film. This 150µ (6 mil) textured polyester laminating film has a durable antibacterial additive that offers reliable protection from mold growth and bacterial contamination such as MRSA, Streptococcus, E.coli, Salmonella and more. The reverse side is coated with a pressure-sensitive, solvent acrylic adhesive, protected with a siliconized polyester release liner.
drytacantibacterial1-inProtac Anti-Bacterial laminating film is ideal for use in environments where hygiene is of particular importance – such as schools, nurseries, restaurants, cafeterias and hospitals. Its textured finish gives it good resistance to abrasions, making it also useful for exhibits and POP displays. Its clarity ensures that no colours are diminished, said Drytac. It’s also resistant to chemicals and many common household cleaners – allowing for ease of cleaning in all applications.
