Kyocera intensifies its Managed Print Solutions service

kyoceramps1-inKyocera Document Solutions, one of the world’s leading document solutions and document management companies, has been active in the Managed Print Solutions (MPS) and Managed Document Solitions (MDS) markets for a number of years now, but has ramped-up its efforts of late – including consumer television campaigns throughout the Canadian market. The company traditionally works in partnership with re-sellers and service partners to provide expertise and day-to-day management of their printing environments. Its tailored-made, holistic approach “builds MPS to fit the customer rather than making the customer fit the product.” Kyocera MDS focuses on output and optimization of the entire document output process – from capturing to archiving, workflows to security, and environmental impact. Numerous case studies, it adds, show that costs can be reduced by up to 30%.

“MDS isn’t a one-off experiment,” said Nigel Allen, Marketing Director, Kyocera Document Solutions, Europe. “Print Solutions are a part of Kyocera’s long-term strategy for improving document workflows. We’ve already provided MDS for small to large businesses alike and our future strategy will continue to focus on bringing efficiency to document management – so businesses can not only print for less, they can also print less.”
Kyocera’s print-management solution is scaleable and adaptable to the size of any business. Its process includes five stages: Assess, Design, Implement, Manage and Optimize. By precisely quantifying document output, Kyocera highlights where time and resources are wasted, allowing the creation of tailor-made solutions to reduce overall costs and environmental impact. It can also offer customization via its suite of HyPAS business applications that improve productivity even more, said the OEM.
