After about 20 years as a leading provider of printing and graphic arts services, Montreal’s Clickimprimerie Incorporated will merge with www.printing.coop – a leading Montreal-based print provider. The combined company will move to larger production facilities and will operate under www.printing.coop and www.imprimeur.coop. The new company will be employee-owned and operate as a printing cooperative of workers, still active in the printing and graphic arts services market. The combined company will also be able to offer a much wider range of products and services because of the merger. It will specialize in digital, large-format printing including banners, brochures and catalogues, raised foil finishing, labels, door hangers, magnets, business forms and much, much more. “Community organizations, not-for-profits and print resellers will benefit, as before, from the same 10% discount,” the company added.
