Two new Xerox Workplace Assistant ConnectKey printers “can personalize work experiences and support mobility with secure wireless printing,” said the OEM. The customizable Xerox VersaLink C8000 and C9000 A3 Color Printers produce professional colour quality. In addition, the C9000 is equipped with precision colour management tools and offers greater media flexibility. The user experience, which the OEM says sets these products apart, begins with an extremely simple installation and configuration process. Staffers have access to a powerful features’ set without requiring IT expertise. Their exclusive 5” tilt-capable colour user interface responds to taps, swipes and pinches and can be personalized for different work environments or individual users.
Further personalization is provided by Xerox ConnectKey apps that provide one-touch access to cloud services such as Dropbox, Google Drive and Box. With @PrintByXerox, any email-enabled device can print a job while on the go. Both devices provide professional colour image quality with advanced EA Toner and high print resolution. The C9000 also handles thicker, heavier stocks for applications such as brochures, proposals, posters, direct-mail pieces and signage. To automate final output, optional on both printers is saddle-stitch, crease and ultimately booklet-making capability.
